Ballet Principles in Practice is both a physical and intellectual approach to understanding ballet technique in depth. We offer morning ballet classes to reinforce ideas presented in the afternoon lectures. This workshop is great for teachers and dancers who are seeking greater balance, ease, mobility and structural integrity.
